We’re seeking an Eastlight resident who wants to make positive changes for our customers and communities. Does this sound like you?
Our Board & Committees ensure that Eastlight runs properly and delivers the kinds of safe and affordable homes and services that our customers want.
But it’s our resident Board & Committee Members, who currently live in an Eastlight home, that help to make sure Eastlight listens to the views of all its residents, responding to their diverse needs and acting upon them.
From approving our new Corporate Strategy to scrutinising a range of our policies and processes, our resident Board & Committee Members continue to hold Eastlight to account and help us create the homes and communities that our residents feel proud to live in.
So, why not join us?
We’re looking for a new Board Member, who will also sit on our Customer Influence Committee (CIC).
You will currently live or have lived in a social home (hopefully, an Eastlight home!), and will have previously helped local communities to thrive through organising events, conducting surveys or leading on discussions for groups and/or networks.
By joining us as a Board and CIC member, your voice will be heard at the very top of our organisation, and you’ll play a crucial role in keeping Eastlight ambitious for the future, inclusive in our decision-making and accountable for our actions and the services we provide.
You’ll also guide the future of Eastlight and help us to deliver our Corporate Strategy.
