From Monday, 1 December, every resident now has a dedicated Neighbourhood Team. They’ll be closer to where you live, understand your home and community, and be ready to help with day-today queries, repairs, tenancy questions and issues in your local area.

Backed by specialist services, your Eastlight Team will offer quicker responses, clearer communication and more support for you and your neighbourhoods.

You’ll also see your Neighbourhood Leads out and about more often, working with you to make your community a better place to live.
