    How we can help you

    To help us understand your needs, we will meet with you in your home to complete an assessment, allowing us to identify services available to get you back on your feet.

    These services may be within Eastlight such as our Income or Repairs team, or you may require support from external services such as Social Care.

    Whether you need help decluttering, addressing debt or accessing health services, please complete our online referral form below and we will be in contact to discuss your needs.
