Success for the Active Residents Network

Over 130 residents stepped up to share their voices and ideas to help us improve how we work and help us to create stronger communities. Throughout 2024, the Active Residents Network (ARN) provided valuable insight via online surveys and joined us in-person for workshops to design innovative solutions.

Thanks to their feedback, the ARN has played a vital role in shaping Eastlight’s future. Here are just a few of the great things we achieved together:

  • Network members contributed to a key survey that directly influenced the design and content of Eastlight's 2023-24 Annual Report.
  • Through collaborative workshops, ARN members began to redesign what it means to be an Eastlight shareholder for 2024/25.
  • Residents shared their experiences directly with Board and Committee members during a Board Away Day, helping leaders connect with your real-life experiences.
  • The ARN has been instrumental in reviewing policies and strategies, ensuring they’re shaped through your eyes.

In total, we’ve clocked over 300 hours of collaborative work this year, ensuring our decisions reflect what truly matters to you: improving services and strengthening trust.
