Eastlight retains its G1 & V1 rating
Eastlight Community Homes is pleased to announce that it has retained its G1 V1 rating after the Regulator of Social Housing completed its annual stability check.
The ‘G’ stands for Governance, and the ‘V’ stands for Viability. G1 V1 is the highest rating a housing association can achieve. It shows that the Regulator is confident in how Eastlight is run and how it manages its finances.
Emma Palmer, Chief Executive of Eastlight Community Homes, said:
“Each year, the Regulator of Social Housing reviews our performance, as they do for all housing associations, and updates our regulatory ratings. The housing sector is under significant financial pressure at the moment, so Eastlight retaining these top ratings should reassure our customers that the organisation is making strong, responsible decisions.”
