Annual Report for Customers 2023-24
We are pleased to announce the release of our latest Annual Report for Customers, which is a transparent and informative report detailing the progress we’ve made in delivering quality housing services over the past year, and the steps we’re taking to enhance your communities.
The report has been written and shaped by the Active Residents Network and reviewed and approved by our Customer Influence Committee. It includes things you want to know about such as repairs, resident involvement, sustainability, and equality, diversity and inclusion. It also includes details of the new Consumer Standards, which all housing associations are subject to, and how your feedback can make a difference to the way we work.
Plus, the report breakdowns how every £1 of your rent money is spent and how we’re improving services for you, and you’ll hear directly from residents about their experiences of our services and how they think we can improve.
