Eastlight named in housing's Top 50 biggest builders
Eastlight has been recognised for its efforts to tackle the housing crisis in Essex and Suffolk after being included in Inside Housing’s annual ‘Top 50 Biggest Builders’ list for the first time.
As part of our ambition to build more homes for the thousands of people in our communities who need them, we built 324 high-quality and affordable homes last year.
This meant we placed at number 45 in the list of housing associations that are building the most UK homes.
Our ambitious development plans, which include building 449 in this financial year, means we are 42nd in the list of housing association pipelines.
That pipeline includes our new Eastlight-led 71-home development at Mount Hill, Halstead, which will see our first show home open in the coming weeks.
