Closing for Christmas: Everything you need to know

Although Eastlight will be closing for the Christmas break, our people will still be on hand to lend you their support.

If you experience an emergency at your home between 5pm on Friday, 22 December and 8.30am on Wednesday, 27 December, then please call our phoneline and our out-of-hours service will support you.

From Wednesday, 27 December to Friday, 29 December, our Customer Service Team will be available by phone on 0330 128 0330 or via email at customer.services@EastlightHomes.co.uk for anyone needing to get in touch.

The out-of-hours service will then resume for the New Year break until Tuesday, 2 January.

Our Braintree office at Charter Way will also close throughout the holidays from 5pm on Friday, 22 December until Tuesday, 2 January, so please don't try to visit us in person.
