Offices to close as mark of respect for HM The Queen’s funeral
Eastlight will shut down all services except emergency response and some scheduled repairs on Monday next week for the state funeral of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II.
The decision has been taken out of respect for the late Queen and her family, and following the announcement that the day has been declared a Bank Holiday.
An “out of hours” service will operate in the contact centre in order that we can respond to any emergencies that may arise. Any customer who finds themselves needing an emergency repair should contact us in the normal way. All customers who have an appointment booked on 19 September will be contacted to see if they still want their appointment to go ahead, excluding Fencing and Bricklaying where any appointments already in place for these jobs will be rescheduled.
Customers with repair work scheduled for Monday which cannot be facilitated due to limited resources will be contacted directly to rearrange.
