Office to close for Christmas, but we’ll still be here for you

We’ll be closing our offices at Charter Way, Braintree, at 5pm on Friday 23 December for the Christmas period - but we’ll still be here to help you.

During the festive period, customers will still be able to contact us in cases of emergencies.

Our Customer Services Team will be running an out-of-hours service for anyone needing to get in touch – whether that’s to arrange an urgent repair or for our help in another way. Anyone needing our help during this time should ring 0330 128 0330 or, for non-urgent enquiries, email customer.services@EastlightHomes.co.uk.

Any repairs or maintenance work scheduled to take place between Wednesday 28 and Friday 30 December will go ahead as planned.
