Reach Deck Accessibility Toolbar

We have also introduced Reach Deck to help make our webpages and information more accessible. Reach Deck reads the content of web pages. For example, it can highlight and read text aloud as well as translate pages into other languages.

The software is useful for people:

  • with a vision impairment
  • who have difficulty reading
  • who prefer to read the site in another language

The Reach Deck toolbar can be found at the bottom of every page as an interactive toolbar.

British Sign Language Interpretation

SignVideo is a Video Relay Service (VRS) that allows BSL users to communicate with hearing individuals over the phone. The service connects BSL users with a qualified interpreter who will relay the conversation to our Customer Services Team.

The call process is seamless and mirrors a standard phone call, ensuring that your experience with us is as straightforward as possible.

Our partnership with SignVideo forms part of our broader commitment to inclusivity, recognising that everyone deserves equal access to our services, no matter how they communicate.
