Together, we’ve co-created The Resident Members Charter, our long-term promise to put resident views at the heart of our decision-making.
Within the Charter is the all-new Eastlight Community Gateway Circle which provides opportunities for residents to connect, collaborate and drive real change through transparency, inclusion and accountability.
Earlier this year, we launched a formal consultation on the Charter, and at a Special General Meeting in June, resident shareholders gave their full support.
Now, it's launch time!
